1 Pripyat at Ukraine:
This city had about fifty thousand inhabitants. But now Nature is the ruler here since the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, 1986. The city was left untouched due to the radiation after the nuclear disaster.
2 Notch Hill Church in Canada:
This church is in its ruins in Tappen, Canada. The authority has decided to restore it.
3 Ryugyong Hotel at Pyongyang, North Korea
This could be a pride of North Korea. It is a 105 storied building which remained unfinished and unopened. Though it was started in 1987, but just after five years the construction was closed due to lack of funds. But it is an open debate whether the construction will be completed ever or not.
4 Hotel El Salto, Colombia
This hotel was inaugurated in 1928 and the main attraction was the one hundred and fifty seven meter tall Tequendema waterfall here. But as the attraction of the waterfall decreased the tourists stopped coming to this hotel. At present, the place has turned into a museum.
5 Underwater city, China
You will be surprised to know that an underwater city is located in Shicheng, China. This is known as Lion City which is 1341 years old. In 1959, this city got submerged due to the construction of Hydro-power station on the river Xin’an. Wind and rain have never touched the city as it is protected by the water and it is in a better condition till now.
