Detox- Tea, Clean Diet, and Sleep: Kendall’s Secrets to Stay Energetic
We have seen Kendall Jenner has been making her mark at different fashion shows around the world! It would be interesting to know how the as young as 18-years-old model prepares herself for such grueling schedule! We must be expecting list of tips by the star but Kendall reported that it’s just a cup of ‘Detox tea’ in the beginning of the day!
At times when star does not get to drink her favorite lemongrass-green tea blended named ‘Kusmi Detox Tea’, she would prefer eating apples. For the model with so many shows on the list it is important to remain energetic. So what she adds to her healthy list is lots of fruits, vegetables, and not to forget lean proteins. That’s what we call as a ‘Clean diet’.
A healthy diet has always to be paired with some work out. Here Jenner likes quick cardio. She said, “I like running. I’ve been trying to get back into it.”
There is something more to just eating good and working out. Kendall adds, “My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.” It’s an old tip but looks like works for all!
With all her secrets look like are really working for her! The model shined at New York Fashion Week on the runways of all big names in fashion like Tommy Hilfiger, Diane von Furstenburg, Marc Jacobs, and Donna Karan. Those were not mere appearances but show stopping ones. After that Kendall went and rocked at Milan Fashion Week. Her work at the Milan event was also highly appreciated! We can name few as appearances Pucci and Bottega Veneta shows and in Fendi, Ports 1961.
Her latest walk at Dolce & Gabbana spring 2015 show is still very much live in front of everyone’s eyes. Everyone talked about Kendall’s lengthy runway schedule, but star was busy in getting ready for the, Paris Fashion Week. Keep it up Kendall!
