Gisele Bundchen’s ‘Gisele’ will cost $700
Gisele Bundchen, the top model who has already retired from her modeling career has still managed to rank in Forbes as the highest paid model from the fashion industry. The beautiful and talented model has now come up with her very own limited edition coffee table book in order to commemorate her career of 20 years. The coffee table book has been named ‘Gisele’ which is quite appropriate.
The coffee table book will have about 300 and more photos which are shot by top photographers like Juergen Teller, David LaChapelle, Inez & Vinoodh, Irving Penn, Corinne Day and others. The hardcover tome has about 536 pages in total all of which is curated personally by the iconic model along with Giovanni Bianco who is the creative director. The coffee table book not just have that, it also features the personal anecdotes about the Brazilian model coming from the friends and colleagues of the 35 year old model from the fashion industry. It also includes anecdotes of her family. Photographer Steven Meisel too has contributed to the book and is credited for being the author.
This is unlike the Selfie Book by Kim Kardashian. Gisele from Taschen will be available with just a 1000 copies in November. The Art Edition are very special set of 100 copies of the coffee table book which will come with the Bundchen’s print of the W magazine from the 2005 issue which will have signature from Juergen Teller. The package is said to be quite expensive as it will be sold for not less than $2000.
The Collector’s edition which is 900 in number which will have the signature of the 35 year old Brazilian model herself will be less expensive and can be bought at $700 or more. For people who are on a set budget and want a piece of the model, they can wait for the October 2015 issue of the Vogue Paris magazine which will feature Bundchen on their cover as part of the four collectibles in commemoration of the 95th anniversary.
