Gwyneth Paltrow and Her Secrets for Looking Ageless!
We all know that Gwyneth Paltrow turned 42! Hard to believe…but true. She shared a few of her health secrets with her fans. Paltrow is very much famous about her controversial strict diet. She has faced huge criticism because of it. But because of this she looks amazingly young even at 42! She is such a diet-freak that she has written a book named ‘It’s all good’ last year. In the book she has discussed about cutting down gluten as well as carbs in her diet. She adds, “Sometimes when my family is not eating pasta, bread, or processed grains like white rice, we’re left with that specific hunger that comes with avoiding carbs.”
Paltrow believes in exercise routine too! She is known to work with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. Along with good diet now she has become very particular about her exercise routine! She admitted that in the beginning when she started working with Tracy, she felt lack of motivation! But her trainer advised her not to think about exercise any different than brushing teeth and she should do everything to avoid distractions! Now it has become part of her life.
She adds, “I really believe in exercise as a beauty secret. I think that is the key to keeping your skin tone.”
Paltrow’s skin looks as young as she is in her 20s. When asked about that she said that she would like to keep it as natural as possible. She admits that whatever products she used in past were not completely natural. But use of lasers for sunspots is not fair. She said that one should always try to find out a good mix of both! As whatever you put on your skin gets readily absorbed, and all the ingredients are not good for skin and body! Paltrow’s impeccable hairstyles are also famous; it is known that she works with celebrity hairstylist David Babaii. She has done hair coloring by Tracey Cunningham.
