On Tuesday, Oct. 21, Kate was invited for honoring her co-star of Fool’s Gold and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Matthew McConaughey at the prestigious award event of 28th American Cinematheque Awards.

The lead actress of Wish I Was Were Here perfectly pulled off her glamorous look befitting for the red carpet evening. Many other A-listers like Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, and Reese Witherspoon were also present at the event and make the evening totally star studded.

The fab looking mom is conscious of breast cancer and is a supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness. To show her support for Breast Cancer Awareness she used tresses dyed in pink powder. Hudson tried to stay in light makeup and kept her cheeks and lip in natural peach

Kate also showed her support for Breast Cancer Awareness through social media. On Friday, Oct. 17, Kate along with her mom Goldie Hawn posted an adorable picture on her Instagram account. The picture showed Kate and her mom in their coloring session.
