Peter Lindbergh hosted a reunion of the ’90s supermodel
In a fresh upcoming short movie, you will enjoy watching six original supermodels. And you sure will agree that they still have the same charm intact to move the world!
Vogue UK provided everyone the opportunity to have a look into one of the most symbolic and refreshing covers in January 1990 and the shoot was photographed by Peter Lindbergh. The shoot came out in black-and-white, and had Linda Evangelista, Tatjana Patitz, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Christy Turlington in the shoot who were the top supermodels during ’90s era. Even though the five ever so gorgeous models did turn out being the decade’s top fashion faces along with a few others, they surely did set a high example for the social media-driven ‘Instagirls’ of today’s time.
Even with passing of time the dazzling super models have yet been able to stay in the mind of public memory, it is not a common thing or an everyday ting that the company of these super girls assembles to do what they do best. To everyone’s pleasant surprise, Lindbergh again brought back together six of the quit significant models before his lens for another beautiful shoot that has been titled as ‘The Reunion’. And Nowness, which is known as the online video channel, debuted several extremely amazing videos that were from behind-the-scenes of this “Director’s Cut” series.
It is basically a short film, where you would notice Crawford, Karen Alexander, Eva Herzigova, Helena Christensen, Patitz, and Karen Alexander having a great humorous time recalling with each other and at the same time beautifully posing for Lindbergh too in chunky knits. Crawford stated off-camera that one of the best things about working with Peter is the flush of positive energy that he brings in every shoot and this is something truly memorable.
