Tanya Taylor’s brand has been doing really good business since its launch in 2012. The growth of her business is excellent. In order to support her growing business, Tanya Taylor seems to have done some more work. She has relaunched her website and made changes with regards to the website’s looks and design. It is the first time that these changes have been made to the website. More color has been added to make it more attractive than before. The relaunched website also carries six looks of the seasons gone by.
The talented designer is the prize winner of 2015 North American Woolmark award and has also been a finalist of 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. Her wholesale venture has seen a growth of 300 percent. Her business does not lack retailers and have accounts of Lane Crawford, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Holt Renfrew.
However the only drawback of was that it never had any direct customer relationship or any communication link. The designer felt the responsibility of directly linking to her customers and therefore decided to relaunch her website.
The newly launched renewed website reflects efficiency and convenience with regards to shipping. The designer has hired Wondersauce for the designing of the website and also partnered with Maison MRKT for the digital work like contacting customers through mails, promotions and other ways of communication. She is also not in a hurry to increase her inventory and will sell items which are already there selling in other markets of her. She will work in accordance to the demands. She has also hired a few more staffs for her team to match the sales work. Important hirings will allow her to work more efficiently.
