While traditionally a majority of brides wear white gowns to their church wedding or civil registration ceremony, increasingly there are exceptions; celebrity brides who wear don’t wear white for their wedding, opting instead for more colorful gowns, setting them apart.
This weekend, the actress Piper Perabo who stars in Covert Affairs, married the producer and director Michael Kay in New York. Unlike most brides who wear white wedding gowns, the actress chose to wear a rather unusual silver Michael Kors outfit that glittered, with a golden veil as her wedding outfit.
